Columbia Chemical values our customers and holds a deep commitment to providing superior service. We recently launched a peer recognition program to honor our employees who display service excellence in all they do.

Our STAR program, an acronym for Service – Teamwork – Attitude – Respect, recognizes employees who go above and beyond each day to help our customers and help each other succeed. This is the cornerstone of the Columbia Chemical difference.
