  • PICKLE PAL®

    A non-hazardous inhibitor for use in hydrochloric and sulfuric acid pickle solutions. Improves the pickle’s ability to remove scale and eliminates smut formation from high carbon steels. Low foaming and prevents etching or surface discoloration from over-pickling.

    Are you having adhesion issues plating high-carbon, heat-treated steel? Pickle Pal® is a non-hazardous inhibitor used in electroplating designed to prevent the attack of acid on the steel substrate.

It offers a uniform pickling and surface activation to ensure high quality. COLPREP PICKLE POWDER W is used for pickling steel, zinc die castings, copper and brass prior to plating, removing light rust from cast iron or steel, smut from steel, stripping rejected chrome plated parts, and activating nickel before chrome plating. It eliminates the hazards associated with handling of concentrated liquid acids.
