New Business Collaboration for the U.S. Market

Brunswick, Ohio – Columbia Chemical and Yuken Group (Yuken Industry Co., Ltd. and YUKEN America, Inc.) have announced a recent business collaboration designed to better serve the needs of the U.S. market. Yuken products will now be available through Columbia Chemical for customers throughout the United States.

Under the agreement, the operational functions which have been previously carried out by YUKEN America — including manufacturing, sales, marketing, and technical services — will be transferred to Columbia Chemical. YUKEN Group will cease its chemical business operation independently in the United States and YUKEN products for the U.S. market will then be transferred to Columbia Chemical’s manufacturing and sales structure, and Yuken Industry will be supervising their control.

The partnership combines Yuken’s reputation as a respected research-driven developer of advanced corrosion protection technology with Columbia Chemical’s deep industry expertise, strong market presence, high-quality manufacturing, and responsive technical service.
