Product Info
  • COLZINC® ACF FUME SUPPRESSOR-II

An extremely long lasting, very potent foaming agent for use in barrel and rack alkaline cyanide and cyanide-free zinc plating baths. It forms a tight, densely packed bubble configuration, which eliminates the caustic spray at the surface of the bath.

  • COLZINC® ACF-II

Alkaline cyanide free process for plating a bright zinc deposit over a wide current density range. Excellent plating distribution and low current density covering and throwing power. Extremely tolerant to trace inorganic and organic contamination.

    COLZINC® ACF-II Features & Benefits Sheet

  • COLZINC® ACF LEV-L-R

Alkaline cyanide free process for plating a semi-bright zinc deposit from conveyor lines or other high speed rack installations. Produces a very level, ductile deposit ideal for post plate painting, e-coating or powder coating.

  • COLZINC® ACF 800

Economical alkaline cyanide free process for plating a functional zinc deposit over a wide current density range. Brightness can be adjusted as needed to achieve required results while maintaining good deposit ductility.

  • COLSID AP

Process for plating a bright zinc deposit from plating baths containing ammonium chloride and potassium chloride.

COLSID AP Features & Benefits Sheet

  • COLSID APD

Process for plating a bright zinc deposit from all chloride based plating bath electrolytes both with and without boric acid.

COLSID APD Features & Benefits Sheet

  • COLSID AP-HT

Process for plating a bright zinc deposit from plating baths containing only ammonium chloride.

  • COLSID K-250

Process for plating a bright zinc deposit from ammonium-free plating baths containing potassium chloride and boric acid.

COLSID K-250 Features & Benefits Sheet

  • EXTREME® 110

Economical process for plating a bright zinc deposit from plating baths containing only ammonium chloride. Recommended for barrel lines or other high drag-out installations.

  • EXTREME® 210

Economical process for plating a bright zinc deposit from plating baths containing ammonium chloride and potassium chloride. Recommended for barrel lines or other high drag-out installations.

  • EXTREME® 310

Economical process for plating a bright zinc deposit from full ammonium chloride plating baths. Recommended for barrel lines or other high drag-out installations.
