The COLGLEAM and COLMATTE Series of TIN PLATING PRODUCTS

Columbia Chemical offers the COLGLEAM process for bright-acid plating for the ultimate brilliant deposits and the COLMATTE process for matte tin plating that results in a superior matte finish.

COLGLEAM Sn BRIGHTENER - primary additive used to maintain brightness in bright acid sulfate tin baths.

COLMATTE Sn MAINTENANCE - primary additive for matte acid sulfate tin baths.

COLGLEAM Sn MAKEUP - used to makeup both bright (COLGLEAM Sn) and matte (COLMATTE Sn) acid-sulfate tin plating baths.

Special Additives for all COLGLEAM Sn and COLMATTE Sn baths:

COLGLEAM Sn ADJUSTER - used in place of brightener additions when brightener overload is evident - deposits are brighter than normal with pitting in high current density areas.

TIN CLARIFIER - aqueous solution containing special flocculating agents for precipitating and settling solids in acid sulfate tin plating solutions; added to acid tin baths in preparation of purification by decanting.
