The COLGLO Series of Brighteners for Cyanide Zinc Plating

Columbia Chemical's COLGLO is a superior series of electroplating brighteners that produce brilliant deposits in alkaline cyanide zinc baths containing a wide range of sodium cyanide and metal ion concentrations.

COLGLO 450-MA - economical, general-purpose cyanide zinc brightener suitable for both rack and barrel plating.  Contains no aldehydes.

COLGLO 750 - improved general-purpose cyanide zinc brightener.  Contains aldhydes and other additives for improved brightness at low and mid current densities.

COLGLO 550 - enhanced cyanide zinc brightener recommended for barrel plating.  Suitable for high temperatue operation. 

COLGLO 255 - extremely concentrated, aldehyde-free cyanide zinc brightener.  Produces exceptional bright zinc deposits at elevated operating temperatures.

Special Additives for all COLGLO baths

COLGLO ADDITIVE 6000 - increases brightness/removes dull bands in mid-current density areas; can be substituted for normal brightener additions in case of accidental brightener overload.

COLGLO LCD BOOSTER - aldehyde-based additive for increased brightness at low to mid current density areas.
