COLCLEAN soak cleaners are ideal for cleaning parts prior to zinc plating.

             COLCLEAN SOAK 200 - heavy duty, general purpose soak cleaner, recommended for the removal of drawing compounds, oil, lubricants and shop soils from ferrous metal surfaces prior to plating operations.  COLCLEAN SOAK 200 has excellent longevity, detergency, emulsifying and despersion properties.  This product contains phosphates and chelators.

             COLCLEAN SOAK NP - non-phosphated version of SOAK 200 (contains chelators).

            COLCLEAN SOAK 200 NC - non-chelated version of SOAK 200  (contains phosphates)

COLCLEAN electrocleaners are ideal for the electrolytic cleaning of parts prior to zinc plating.

            COLCLEAN ELECTRO 400 - heavy duty, general purpose, highly conductive electrocleaner.  Recommended for the removal of drawing compounds, oils and other soils from ferrous metal surfaces prior to plating operations.  This product contains phosphates and chelators.

            COLCLEAN ELECTRO 410 - non-phosphated version of ELECTRO 400 (contains chelators).

            COLCLEAN ELECTRO 420 - non-chelated version of ELECTRO 400 (contains phosphates).

PICKLE PAL acid inhibitors eliminate etching and smut formation in the acid pickle tank prior to electroplating, and are compatible with all zinc plating baths.  PICKLE PAL products are especially beneficial for acid pickling heat-treated steel parts, leaving the surface cleaner and brighter.    

            PICKLE PAL  - non-foaming, economic inhibitor for hydrochloric and sulfuric acid pickling prior to zinc plating.

            PICKLE PAL PLUS - similar to the original PICKLE PAL, but contains a high-performance wetter which helps solubilize oils dragged into the pickle tank,  and produces a thin foam layer which reduces fumes and spray.
